A short bike ride down the road is the charming town of Crawford Bay on the shores of Kootenay Lake. Here you'll discover an array of artisans, weavers, metal forgers, broom makers, potters and others. You'll also find the local market grocery store, a collection of eclectic cafes, Red's Bakery, liquor store, gas station and The Hub Restaurant.

Extraordinary Golf In A Cinematic Setting
Elevated tee decks offer majestic views of Kokanee Springs expansive fairways and the Kokanee Glacier. Towering evergreens and old growth cedars line the resort, giving shade to groomed walking and biking paths spanning the distance of the 18-hole golf course and connecting guests and residents to all the amenities the resort has to offer.


10km Of Onsite Resort Trails And Lots Of Area Trails
From the resort's 10km of onsite trails, to trails heading into the mountains, or a meandering stroll along the Crawford Bay Wetland Trail, there are endless opportunities to enjoy the mountains, the lakeshore and the surrounding forests.
Pilot Bay Provincial Park
The park is located on Kootenay Lake. The bay at the park is good for swimming and fishing. In the park (274-hectares) there are many hiking trails around including Pilot Peninsula Trail (12.8km round-trip shoreline hike with access to multiple beaches). The iconic Pilot Bay Lighthouse is a favourite spot for photo buffs.


New Restaurant
Kokanee Springs' new restaurant, REFRESH KITCHEN & BAR is now open, replacing the resort's former restaurant Woods' Pumphouse Grill. The focus is fast casual with comfort foods we all crave – healthy bowls, wood-fired pizzas, charcuterie boards, abundantly fresh salads, refreshing beverages, modern cocktails, and signature specialties with convenient delivery service to your villa, or to your room at The Lodge (future RV site and cabin delivery too).

NEW Marina & Beach Club
A new Beach Club and Marina just down the lake in planned to open in 2024. This will be a favourite spot for our resort residents and guests to socialize on the shores, in and on the serene, glacial waters of Kootenay Lake and Crawford Bay.

The reimagining of Kokanee Springs includes 27 private, fully-serviced and forested RV sites, 36 fully-serviced rental RV campsites as well as future development of cabins. A planned new amenity zone features world class resort fun sure to involve everyone.
