Owners of the Clubhouse Villas and Big Bend Cottages will also be members in the Kokanee Springs Resort Club providing exclusive access to the larger resort features and amenities.
Existing amenities at Kokanee Springs Resort include the the championship 18-hole Kokanee Springs Golf Course, the Lodge at Kokanee Springs, golf clubhouse, concession, and restaurant and sports lounge.
Resort Club privileges also include two adult Kokanee Springs Resort Club memberships, resort access privileges with golf and social club options, access to resort amenities including the expansive trail network, waterfront and beach area and access to planned future resort amenities and services of the master planned 750 acre Kokanee Springs Resort. Owners will be required to contribute to the Resort Club Association for the access privileges provided by the larger resort.
