Whole Ownership

Purchase a full ownership interest in a Big Bend Cottage or Fairway Villa in 2011 and your Initiation Fee and a Lifetime of Annual Membership Dues are paid for by Bellstar. Just imagine - you and your spouse or partner will never have to pay to play the legendary Kokanee Springs again!

Fractional Ownership

Purchase fractional ownership in 2011 (as little as a 1/12th interest), and your Initiation Fee and up to six (6) years of Annual Membership Dues are paid for by Bellstar.

What Else You Need to Know

  • This incentive offer will expire on October 31, 2011.
  • The golf privileges are eligible for 2 members of the same household or 2 members listed on the title certificate of the property being purchased.
  • For fractional purchases, the developer is including the Initiation Fee plus one (1) year of Annual Membership Dues per 1/12th interest (thus a ¼ interest receives the Initiation Fee plus 3 years of annual dues, etc.)
  • The golf privileges are non-transferable and terminate with the transfer of the property.
  • The developer (Bellstar) pre-pays for the golf incentive from Kokanee Springs Golf Resort so you’ll never have to worry about whether the developer is still involved or solvent.
  • The purchaser will be granted the golf privileges prior to the possession date, however in the event that the purchaser fails to close on their property, the full value of the incentive will be retained from the initial deposit held by the developer to a maximum of $5,000.
  • The developer reserves the right to alter or discontinue this incentive offering at any time without notice
